Read the storybook Twilight at Borders for more than an hour plus! (: Read less than 1/4 of the book thou' ! I'm so interested in it larhs ! (: Isabella Swan & Edward! (: Edward is a vampire but i think he's in love with bella. (: Gosh, i wanted that book badly! I want to continue reading all the way till the end and find out what happen! Netball today really burns off my calories! Seriously. Shall just give a brief explanation why(: Haha
Half a kg or ankle weights each side for the whole training. Which is like 3 hours?
Running & walking around with it! It's cool uhs (:
2 kg medicine ball passing around. My hands gonna break anytime! They are fragile, please handle with care(: Hahaas
5 laps around the netball court rest 45 seconds & there goes my 5 laps again. 10 laps in total, how wonderful is that?
1 hour of square drill. It's so boring & no one complain? We are nice people okay(:
Ladders & hurdles! There are 6 inch hurdles, so small & cute! (; It's in orange colour. Striking uhs. Above exercises are all done with the ankle weights on! Netballers are super! (: hahaas. I'm in love with them! Hopefully by next week we can bring the weights home? & i will be living with it. :D
Alrights, enough of my netball.! but apart from that, i did practically nothing at all.
Ohs ! i did something else too. Watching forensic heros 2 & eating alot today. & now i got all my calories back agains): Going to work harder the next training! Omgawd, my muscles are growing so so bigg and i dont like them! They're ugly! ): Butbut there's no way to slim them down. Argh ! I dont want to go for liposuction to get them out. it's too scary! haha

Netball training tomorrow, new equipment will arrive. 2kg medicine ball, ankle support, ankle weights & blah blah blahs. Training will get tougher & tougher. & my stamina will need to get better & better in order to catch up in the training.
Stamina has dropped tremendously after my finger was sprained. That's the consequences of not attending regularly! Muscles aching everywhere now. Thanks to the SalonPas spray from the first aid kit(: Hope it will recover fast! haha
